About Us

Seller of exotic pet products, and other animal pet products including health treatments and much more. All funds help to fund the shelter and rescue center and help keep us to achieve our charity's mission and values.

We are also an animal shelter and rescue service, that is governed by the three "R's" that most rescues live by. Rescue, Rehabilitate, and Rehome.

No Money Is Exchanged For Animals!

We ask for a minimum donation to access our rescue and adoption services.

At no point do we ask for money for the animal itself, where an animal may be £350 in pet shops we will not increase and decrease our minimum adoption fees to match what a pet shop would sell the animal at.

Currently, we have a set adoption fee of £50 Minimum Donation. If you would like to donate more to help the rescue to continue providing its services and to grow adopters can always top up their donation amount.

Of course, as the cost of products and materials increases, we may have to increase the adoption fee at some point in the future.

What is the adoption fee?

The adoption fee is the fee for our service with that animal from the beginning of the rescue process to the end of the adoption process. This dose does not cover any costs of that animal while in our care.

This is why we ask for a minimum amount and leave it for the adoptee to choose any extra donation amount.

What type of rescue are we?

We are a Non-Profit Charitable CIC. Run under the Mersey Hub Group CIC and our CIC Number is 14276763. We are a fully registered animal organization.
